Refund policy
We truly hope you love your new LUKI. purchase. However, if you change your mind, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order in exchange for a store gift card.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition
- Have all original tags and packaging attached
- Meet the criteria outlined in this policy
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved for a store gift card.
Please note:
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping and re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- It is strongly recommended to use a tracked postage method and retain your tracking number. LUKI. is not responsible for any items lost in transit, and returns that do not reach us cannot be processed.
To apply for a store gift card, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at LUKI.LABEL@GMAIL.COM with the following details:

- The Item(s) you wish to return

Faulty Items
All LUKI. products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your Order Number, a description of the fault, and photo evidence for assessment.
To process a refund, store credit, or replacement, the faulty item must be returned to us. Once the item has been received and assessed, we will issue the refund or replacement as appropriate.
If the fault is confirmed, LUKI. will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label with instructions for sending the item back.
Please note:
- The item must not have been used, worn, washed, or altered, and must include all original tags and packaging.
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days.
